She was fascinating with modeling due to which she starts learning modeling skills and gave auditioned for a beauty pageant in Campus Princess many times but she was unsuccessful to clear the first round in more than 10 auditions.
But she didn’t give up and applied for the famous fashion shows including Times Fashion Week and Lakme Fashion Week and she walked the ramp in these fashion shows.
She also promoted the beauty products through her Instagram page to collaborate with Sephora and Staunch India.
She got the chance to feature in commercial ads as a model and she worked for the Jewelers Ahilya Fine Silver Jewels.
Later, she grabbed the chance to represented Uttar Pradesh in a contest of VLCC Femina Miss India 2020, and Manya was crowned as Miss India Uttar Pradesh in 2020 in which she was considered the 1st Runner-Up in the competition.
The result was announced late due to pandemic disease COVID-19 and the entire contest was held digitally.

She was born in middle-class family in town of Uttar Pradesh – Kushinagar in 2001, she faces lots of problem to survive and fulfill the basic needs such as food, shelter and clothes. Along with this she also faces domestic violence and patriarchal culture,
She said in an interview “I have spent numerous nights without food and sleep. I’ve spent many afternoons walking for miles on end. My blood, sweat, and tears have amalgamated into the courage to pursue my dreams. Being a rickshaw driver’s daughter, I never had the opportunity to attend school as I had to start working in my teens. All the clothes I had were hand-me-downs. I yearned for books, but luck wasn’t in my mother had to ensure that I paid my exam fees to earn a degree. My mother has suffered a lot to provide for me.”
Unblessed, she could not attend her schooling from class 3 to 8, due to the lack of money.
At the age of 14, she decided to escape her home and started worked to clean utensils of Pizza Hut in Mumbai due to which she bear her own expenses and in this way she continued her studies.
She posted her struggling days post on her Instagram in which she wrote,
“At 14, I ran away from home. I somehow managed to complete my studies in the day, became a dishwasher in the evening, and worked at a call center at night. I have walked hours to reach places so I could save the rickshaw fare.”
Along with these problems, she was a bright student and scored 80% in her 10th standard and for the 12 class, she gained the best student award for her achievements.
She completed her college education from Thakur College of Science and Commerce, Mumbai and along with college studies, she also worked at a call centre for pay her fees with time and to fulfill her expenditure.
She also prepared for the UPSC exam when she was in third year of her college degree.
